"Check-in was good, tellers both really nice. Our room was as advertised. The floor could've stayed carpet though. Had to buy flip-flops to walk around because the floor was extremely cold. The towels were worn out and super thin. Left fluffs from the towel on your person with every use. Beds were kinda of comfortable, enjoyed the pillows. Good stay overall for what you pay for. "

"I must say I enjoyed my 3 night stay at this cottage. Check in was easy, the cabin was clean, plenty towels ,bedding, cookware. There is no laundry facility as noted in amenities. There were a few cracks in the floor tiles, which was no big deal to me. I had my own DVD's for living living room TV. The grounds could have used some attention. My only issue was the faucet in the Shower dripped continuous. The faucet handles could use some replacement. I will be staying here upon my return to Big Bear."

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!STAFF WENT UP AND BEYOND TO MAKE OUR VACATION GREAT TREVOR I WILL NEVER FORGET HIM SO KIND AND CARING VERY HELPFUL!! EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND NICE AT THE CABIN! VERY WELL ORGANIZED HOT WATER COMFY BEDS IN THE KITCHEN EVERYTHING TO COOK FOR YOUR. FAMILY COFFEE ENOUGH TOILET PAPER CLEAN TOWELS!! WHAT CAN I SAY NOTHING BUT THE BEST!! THE LAKE VIEW SO BEAUTIFUL YOU CAN GRILL HIKE PLAY BASKETBALL PING PONG THERES EVEN A CUTE PLAYGROUND FOR THE KIDS!! "Easy check-in, clean, comfortable beds, very quiet. About three miles from The Village. The only issue is we could not get the room comfortable, it was either too hot or too cold so we had to wake up throughout the night to turn off & turn on the A/C. "
