This was my first time staying at a Peninsula property and, to be blunt, it was a phenomenal experience which I did not want to end. Not only was the property beautiful and serene, but the service was impeccable, provided by smiling, caring, happy staff who were fully focused on pleasing you, the guest. Additionally, a significant number of the staff has been there for many years; some almost three decades. That tells you that they like working for the hotel, and that the hotel takes good care of their people. All this makes for an unbelievable combination of excellence and seamless service, with a smile. This hotel surpasses all!! "

"Amazing hotel in Bangkok. Customer service was fantastic. Every staff member really takes care of you. Room was superb and extremely comfortable. We had a view of the river and could see the IconSiam from our window. One of the best reasons to stay here is the close proximity to the river boat which takes you to the Icon in 5 mins and anywhere else you need. The dock is essentially just out the back door of the hotel. Whenever I come back to Bangkok, I will rebook and I highly recommend you guys book at this hotel! "
