Additionally, a significant number of the staff has been there for many years; some almost three decades. "Amazing hotel in Bangkok. Customer service was fantastic. Every staff member really takes care of you. Room was superb and extremely comfortable. We had a view of the river and could see the IconSiam from our window. One of the best reasons to stay here is the close proximity to the river boat which takes you to the Icon in 5 mins and anywhere else you need. The dock is essentially just out the back door of the hotel. Whenever I come back to Bangkok, I will rebook and I highly recommend you guys book at this hotel! "
