"Easy check in process. Leo, the host, was very responsive when the air conditioner decided not to blow cold air. Had a technician out first thing the next morning. Nice big bedrooms with ceiling fans. Walk in closet in the master bedroom. All you need to bring is your beach gear, extra beach towels, kitchen towels, laundry detergent and condiments. Close walk to the beach makes this a really convenient rental!"

"Had an excellent stay for a girls trip weekend. Very clean, very spacious, and in a great location with easy access to beach, ferry, coffee, and more. Comfy beds, free parking, too, which can’t be beat. Had one minor issue with key pad lock code not working but the management immediately resolved it, fantastic communication. Would definitely stay again!"

"Location is great to the beach, Disney and LA. Parking was tight and confusing as to which side of the garage was ours. Top floor gets the left side BTW. Get to the garage from the alley. Had an issue with the dish washer and it was fixed the same day. 👍 The beach chairs and toys were super helpful."

"My family and I have been coming down to the area for the past couple years. It's always a time I really look forward to where we can all get together and relax by the beach. The house was really lovely and exactly as described and pictured. We enjoyed spending time at the house together, cooking, sitting outside in the yard, and walking to the beach a block away. For cooking, it was a huge plus that the kitchen was so stocked. We were super comfortable the entire stay except for one thing....

"This house is a beautiful getaway in the heart of Newport. Minutes to all you want to see and do. The kitchen is well stocked. The only disappointment was having to go through the master for the 3rd bedroom. We would come back however. We had a beautiful time!"

"The refrigerator makes a knocking noise throughout the day and night, we turned off the icemaker, and it didn’t stop the knocking noise. And you mentioned the walls are very thin, so it’s easy to be woken up in the middle of the night by partier. the rest of our stay was fabulous. We loved the view and the easy access to the beach, and would recommend the unit to others."
