"The last review scared us a little bit since we were bringing kids to the property. Owner informed us they switched cleaning companies. He wasn’t lying, the property was very clean and tidy. The cabin is nicely located near hocking hills trails. The place worked out perfect. Owner communication was fantastic. Any questions we had he answered within minutes. Very helpful. The Traeger smoker is a very nice addition. A+++"

"House was good for group as whole— no mirrors were in the house, dishwasher not working properly, flashing loose on front of house, towel bars or hooks in bathrooms, secure trash cans on porch from raccoons, newer pillows, more large serving bowls."

"We stayed here with a group of our friends and really enjoyed hanging around the fire pit, using the pool table, arcade machine, and the hot tub! We loved getting our own robe that was on each bed at check in. There is a great outdoor patio space for meals and morning coffee as well as a bench by the pond that was a good space for intentional talks with friends. The check in process was easy and the check out work was minimal! Will definitely be staying here again!"

"Cathy has arranged, from what I've been stayed in, the single best property for larger groups in Hocking Hills. Very spacious without being empty, very well decorated without being cluttered, all of the cabin feel without the smell of pine on your clothes weeks later. Cathy herself was a treat as well. She was kind of enough to introduce herself when we checked in and went above and beyond to stop by each day to make sure the hot tub's chemical levels were in balance. This was our last time...

"We very much enjoyed how secluded the cabin felt. Lots of trees surrounded the cabin, you could hardly tell there were neighbors. We loved that the hot tub was on the back deck out looking the forest in the back yard. Everything was very clean and organized. We loved the open concept of the island next to the large dining table and living room. One very small thing we didn’t love was that the hard wood floors on the main floor were creaky. "We had such a unique experience at our rustic cabin. We were greeted by a horse, dogs, chickens, and more! Michelle, the owner went out of her way to make sure that all of our needs were met. I would recommend this cabin to anyone who is looking to get in touch with nature but does not want to go tent camping. "

"The owner had excellent communication and let us know in advance all the welcome info and the best way to get to the cabin as the gps route can be a little trucky. The first thing we noticed upon arrival was how clean the cabin was. It was a wonderful little get away with my fiancée and our two pups. Definitely would go back!"
