"Cute,nice and cozy. To many wasp and bees something needs to be done to get rid of them. Also would be nice to have a fire pit outside the caboose. Besides that had a great time."

"The cottage has been recently updated. The interior looks brand new. The electric fireplace was very nice. I didn't have time to explore the property, because I was there mostly at night. I would definitely stay there again. Cell service isn't great, but it is great if you want to get away from, the stresses from everyday life. Bring an extra blanket if you are there when it is cold outside."

"Cutest little cabin, it was perfect for what it was booked for! We just went out to hocking hills for the weekend, and it was perfectly placed on our route to and from home. The brown and black dog welcomed us warmly and we enjoyed getting to pet them for awhile! We also met a cute black and orange kitty :)"

"The communication with property owner wasn’t great. I got to the property and he never sent me a code to unlock the door. I had to drive over an half-hour away to get cellphone service to message the owner for the code. Place is as pictured but there were flying lady bugs all over."

"Booked for a weekend to go hiking in hocking hills! Enjoyed hikes at Old Man’s Cave, Conkle’s Hollow, and Rock House! The Cottage was cozy inside and very well taken care of. Found the cottage exactly as it appears online and it was perfect for us! Check in information is important to review before you get there as service is spotty out there but is provided well in advance to get you in smoothly. "Had a great time with friends for a couple days. Went hiking nearby but was able to play games and hang around the cabin too!"

"We all loved this place. it's so quiet there that gives a strange feeling but in a good way. The hot tub was clean and the kids had a great time there. Brian is honestly the best I've seen regarding communications. I hope that I can deal with him again which I'm planning in the future. My friends are so interested in this cabin and they are planning to go there too."

"Beautiful location and plenty of things to do with teens. Nice lake, hot tub, the setting is beautiful, plenty of space and seating for a large family. Lots of towels provided and a nice laundry provided too. The lower bathroom needs some love and there are some minor repairs needed to make this property a smidge better but I would book again."

"It was ok. I've stayed in better and worse. 1. The hot tub didn't work the 2nd day and we were just too tired to call or deal with it 2. It was buggy- 3. There a mouse problem. I saw other people have brought it up so either it hasn't been dealt with or it's an ongoing problem. Mice don't bother me but there were dropping on the stove and counters. I wouldn't make food there. It was cute, we liked the decor and the quaintness"

"We had such a unique experience at our rustic cabin. We were greeted by a horse, dogs, chickens, and more! Michelle, the owner went out of her way to make sure that all of our needs were met. I would recommend this cabin to anyone who is looking to get in touch with nature but does not want to go tent camping. "

"The owner had excellent communication and let us know in advance all the welcome info and the best way to get to the cabin as the gps route can be a little trucky. The first thing we noticed upon arrival was how clean the cabin was. It was a wonderful little get away with my fiancée and our two pups. Definitely would go back!"
