"Very comfortable hotel just a few steps away from the centre of Biarritz, and close to buses going to the airport or Bayonne etc. Delphine, Marie and the other staff at the hotel were very warm and welcoming and gave us lots of useful information on the area. The hotel was very clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was excellent with local produce and even some home-made goodies. Highly recommended - we would stay again! "

"Impressive building, right on the seafront, nice character. Really lovely staff and service. Nice decor in the rooms, furnished to a high standard, big beds, nice linen and many pillows! We were kindly upgraded (bc Gold Hotels.com member?) to a sea view room, which was lovely. Despite the rain getting in and soaking the carpet by the French windows (just an upkeep issue). The spa is really nice, vaulted ceilings, impressive reception area that you pass through. Good sauna and steam room. Not...
