If you park At Sveti Stefan you can walk from there on the coastal path to Budva. We then paid for a water taxi to bring us back to Sveti Stefan. We also booked a lake tour to Lake Skadar. For example, to use the beach you have to pay for chairs, thebalcony door locked me out of my room, and the rental said they have a casino but I was informed there it is seasonal, I could have booked a cheaper hotel if the casino was not working.
