"Nice new property with good size rooms, balcony and pool. Some ongoing construction works were quite noisy for brief periods in the morning. The kitchen is quite basic but has a stove and kettle. Car access was very difficult from Kotor tunnel road, so I would advise entry via road up from Tivat airport instead. Really stressful drive every time until we found an alternative route up to the property. Fairly easy to find on maps app."

"The apartment was amazing, I would recommend to anyone looking at going to Montenegro. It was 10 minutes from kotor & Tivat, and 30 minutes from Budva. The location was perfect and the view from the room (sea view) was the best view ever! The staff were amazing, so helpful with standing taxis or just being there for any questions you had, if you’re looking at staying in kotor or surrounding areas then please check them out "

The balcony was in shade for most of the day which for us was great as the weather was sunny and very hot for the time of year! "Lovely apartment with perfect views out over the sea. Alao had a lovely pool area which was much needed in the heatwave. Cleaning staff come in everyday and make a spotless job. Good communication prior to arriving as it can be a little difficult to find. Warm and comfortable, well equipped room still (with an old gun slot in the thick wall). Locally there is a mini market and restaurant, with Kotor, approx 1.5km away. Blueline buses stop here every hour and taxis are available. There is one ground level room with the rest a short stone stair climb. Recommend"
