The shower had terrible water pressure and the soap provided was not good. it was meant for your hair and your body, both which did not work out. The bed was okay. It was a little hard. Shuttle service was very convenient and worth 5 euros each (but you have to walk to P5 with bags from baggage claim). The staff was accommodating and incredibly friendly with recommendations for less touristy attractions. We have dietary restrictions and they offered gluten-free options with breakfast. "I can't really give an accurate rating, since we basically checked in and slept until our shuttle to the airport. However, the grounds looked nice and well kept. The hotel serves snacks and breakfast. They have a 15 euro shuttle that will pick you up at the airport. You can also schedule a shuttle to the airport; ours was at 3 AM and the driver was right on time. They had a shuttle to the hotel restaurant as well. I'm not sure it would be ideal for visiting Venice. It's not near public...
