"We had problems with our key all the time. The room didnt have enough power outlets."

"We would like to comment about sound proofing between floors where we could hear noise when someone is moving chairs, furniture, etc on the upper unit. Other than that we don’t have major issues during our stay, we dont have high demands as well and we are contented during our stay. A big compliment of your free breakfast serve everyday because of variety and freshness. Keep it up guys, thank you all."

"Did not like the smell air smell nasty"

"Marisol and Pablo at the reception desk were incredible. Very helpful and friendly. I noticed a problem with the bathroom sink in my room on the 11th floor, I told Marisol and it was fixed within 30 minutes. The gym, the pool and pool deck and the people on level E3 were great...overall, a great experience. Very much recommended."

"Zero problems. Everyone was cool and no one bothered us. The hotel is traditional “real” Mexico, so if you want a tourist, sanitized American vibe you might not like it. But my friend and I loved it. "

"Great location and charm. Pool area is great, has a retrofit circulation setup. The area is well vegetated for shaded areas and aesthetics but could use a leaf skim 3 times a day. Staff are excellent. The property could use a deep steam clean and freshening up, but is well cleaned. They will need some pre updating to avoid becoming a rundown establishment in the next 2 years. Only critical concern was not having a TV to cast to and internet dropping for a minute or two. We stayed 8 nights...

"Just a good vibe for me. But they don't speak a lot of English so not for everybody. I love the locals. Everything is half the price or more downtown compared to the beach area."

"Property is well situated but it is definitely in need of a renovation. Furniture in the rooms was badly stained. The staff were very friendly and efficient. If you are looking for a well priced centrally located hotel this is a good choice."
