"This was our second time staying here in a month. The room this time was not as clean as prior trips. Staff is nice and the breakfast offered is good. It is in a very convenient area, easy access to the 90 or 190 and close to a lot of dining and shopping. I will say they charge an additional $150 upon check in and that’s outrageous for this level of stay. Takes days for it to fall off. "

"Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good but my family and I had to sit on the floor as there wasn't enough seating. Many noticeable carpet stains. Wallpaper and paint peeling in many spots. Sections of the building's siding had fallen off and were lying on the ground. The bathroom in the pool area isn't finished, no light, no ceiling. A few of the doors would not open with the keycard.
