THERE IS A FULLTIME STAFF NOW, BUT HER ENGLISH IS POOR AND SHE IS INEXPERIENCED. THE PLACE IS HARD TO FIND YOU MAY WANT TO CONTACT THE OWNER. IT IS LOCATED OFF OF SEVENTH ST. (THE LANDMARK IS THREE STORES NEXT TO EACH OTHER MAKE A RIGHT BEFORE THEM)..THERE CAN BE LOUD MUSIC AND BARKING DOGS THAT DISTURB...

"Just spent 6 days at Be Tulum and it was fantastic. The staff are friendly and every attentive and the hotel was immaculately well kept, even with the seaweed that is in season right now. Concierge service was great (ours was July and she took care of everything). Food was great too, and the atmosphere magical. Highly recommend! "

"Absolute paradise. This is a spectacular beachfront hotel, and by far exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the beachfront rooftop room with a jacuzzi, which was a stunning room - probably the best room we've ever stayed in. The view was a dream. When it was too hot for the beach, we sat on the balcony, sipping drinks and looking out over the turquoise sea. "Hotel Mereva was beyond amazing. Our room was steps from the sea and beach loungers. We had access to two amazing pools and a cenote across the street. Food and drinks were a 10 out of 10. The service and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. King size comfy bed with cold AC. We can't wait to go back."
