"We had a great stay. Cheryl was very communicative and very easy to deal with. This house sits right on the bay and is just stunning to wake up to the sunrise every day. The rooms all have cold AC and the showers were always hot. It is truly amazing when you first roll into the private gates and just take the view in. Samuel takes care of the property and any requests or needs you may have. He speaks good English too and is great to work with. Maricela kept our place tidies up every single day....

"The photos uploaded by the hotel do NOT do this place justice!!! This is a hidden gem to say the least. Ideal location if you want to stay in the boujee part of Tulum with all the high-end restaurants / beach clubs. These rooms, which there are only 8 of them, are on a private beach. If you are on the bottom floor, you literally walk out of your room into the sand. Just a few yards away is the Caribbean sea. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Rooms are nice and cozy. A delicious breakfast...
