"We loved everything about this resort! All of the restaurants were a delicacy. The beach was beautiful and about a 5 minute walking distance from our hotel room. Our room was clean and beautiful with an amazing view. There are activities and events to do every night. From karaoke, vendors, shows, to bowling and a night club. Alberto Meneses is a supervisor at the resort and he was amazing. He helped us book our reservations for the restaurants and was very sweet and helpful in every way. He was definitely the best. The steak house was great and i recommend trying the prime rib, it was extremely good. Angie Alvarado was very sweet and helpful. She offered us tickets to attend the chefs dinner and I am grateful she did. The chefs dinner was a magical dinner that i will never forget. The 5 course dinner includes amazing food made by their a talented chefs. Definitely recommend! Love love love this resort and we will definitely be back!!! "

"The hotel staff, food and grounds were great! What wasn’t great is the wait to be shuttled to the other buildings. Also, the prices in the gift store were ridiculous! Like $400 for a large plush. I paid $18 for a few Advil. "

"This is probably the 5th all inclusive resort that my wife and I stayed, usually when the price is lower than the average I'm a little skeptical and I always tried to book at the higher end of the average price, but I gave a try at this one (lower end price) and did not regret! You can save some money and stay in this hotel which has a great layout with rooms close to the pool, beach and restaurants inside the hotel, plus quiet rooms so you can sleep just fine! Staff is amazing and always willing to help and serve. Don't expect either to have a Michelin start restaurant, it's an all inclusive, and every one that I have been (all different) the buffet food is good enough for me, and the fancy restaurant part of the all inclusive has more quality and better food. We also had a noise at the A/C, but we talked with the front desk in the morning, and by afternoon they fixed it! Overall a great experience, and recommend! ps. they have a company inside the hotel that will try to sell a membership program to you, if you not willing to do it, just say no (they will be persistent, but hold your ground!) and save you some time. Wife and I, fall for that because we thought it was a meeting to buy some park tickets that we wanted to go (Xel-há and Xcaret), at the end we didn't buy the membership but lost almost half day talking with the agency...."
