“Pésimo servicio, da mala fama al sector turístico. Llegamos y nos cobraron un porcentaje adicional por pagar con Tarjeta de crédito. Nos querían cobrar hasta las toallas. No han querido refacturarme lo cobrado, cuando lo hicieron lo facturaron con un importe menor y con una forma de pago errónea. “we just stayed for one night at the Hostel in a bunk room that had a private bathroom and 3 beds, perfect for 3. It was a fabulous location, 1/2 block from the beach, 2 blocks from the ferry station and a block from the ado bus station - which is what we needed for an early airport departure. Easy check in and check out, friendly staff. Overall, given the proximity to the main promenade and nearby bars, it was actually quieter than I expected, too - though we kept the fan on all night that……

“the place is very dirty, what they show in their photos is a lie, the room had no sheets, it was just as dirty and smelly! I could not cancel the reservation and it was impossible to continue in the place! I did not sleep in the place and had to find another hotel! They are dishonest in this place and I felt stolen !!!”

“Das Personal im Hostel ist jung und motiviert, ich war dort rundum zufrieden. Die Stimmung war trotz Covid im Hostel gut, es war tatsächlich möglich die letzten Tage vor meinem Rückflug den Urlaub zu genießen. "Xcaret Arte is the best resorts i have ever been. All the staffs are easygoing and smile to you as always. I have been to many countries and islands to spend my holiday. This time is the most impressive and unforgettable memory with my parents to celebrate their anniversary. The resort has perfect view and culture atmosphere. It not just a resort but an art park.
