"We just had the most amazing stay at Colleen and Nora's place in Puerto Morelos! The house had everything we needed for our family of five, including the best weather! How they arranged that, I'll never know. We were travelling with three children (12, 10, 8). We were delayed by two hours, but Nora graciously waited for us to arrive to give us an introductory house tour. The house slept us all comfortably, stayed cool when we needed it, and felt super safe. The house, pool, and yard lived up...

"This condo is perfect, pool view and beach view it’s within steps of pool and beach. Close to bus stops, grocery store small mall and pharmacy. Catch a bus to many restaurants for only 12 pesos per person. It’s great for families with the pool and beach access being so close."

"The location of the villa was beautiful. It was safe and felt secure. Close proximity to beaches, mall, market and paved walking trails made it comfortable and enjoyable. The private pool was refreshing. It was almost perfect, but we had a terrible smelly leak in the entry to the main gathering area. We contacted the host and was told that someone would be out to repair it. They never showed up. The host was aware of it. We had a 9 day booking and 8 of those days we had to maneuver around a leak...

This is a property that either requires a rental car, taxis, bicycle or a good deal of walking. We had 2 mobility scooters which easily provided transportation to shopping and local restaurants. However the beach requires either a taxi or Collectivo. The Collectivo's run frequently and will pick you up at the front gate. The draw back is they are fast and can be quite full which...

"Our condo was awesome! Very clean and had just about everything we needed. It also has a washer and dryer which made it nice not having to go back home with loads of laundry. Plenty of room and the back patio personal pool was just what we all needed after a hot day outdoors! Highly recommend!!"

"We liked the ocean views! Beautiful views from most every room. Had lots of space for the 7 of us. Several places to sit and visit. It was nice to have a basket of beach towels to use while we were there. It could use a bit of updates in the unit. For the price I expected it to be a little nicer furnishings."
