"Everything about this property was so inviting and calming. This one bedroom apartment was so open and welcoming. Loved the backyard area and all the trees and garden area. Still we had privacy and quiet place to walk or sit for coffee. The kitchen was perfect for us too. Really would loved to stay longer... it's just so nice. "This was a wonder place, just as described and pictured. Great launching place for rafting, hikes, exploring Kernville. We cooked, watched a movie, enjoyed the sunset and sunrise. Highly recommend."

"This property is not as it is sold. It is not a townhome. It is an old apartment complex that does not feel welcoming or safe at all. The code to get into the property didn't work and when I tried to reach out to the management company for support they were like robots not responding at all to my concerns and request for support/refund. To this day, their "manager" has yet to return my calls."

"Came to Bakersfield for a family party. The house was awesome!!! We will rent again. We stay in houses as we like to gather and cook. The kitchen was minimally stocked. One small fry pan and small stock pot was a challenge but we made it work. I now build a “vacation tub” that I put what I need. We ran to store for showering soap and kurig pods but overall great stay!"
