I had an amazing stay at Gleam Bomonti Hotel. Mohammad at reception was especially welcoming and kind, and all the boys at reception were really helpful throughout my visit. It was my first time in Istanbul and I don’t speak any Turkish, but the staff made everything easy and stress-free. Anything I asked for was sorted out very quickly. The hotel is within walking distance of a huge mall and a lot of convenience stores and restaurants. Throw in the 24-hour gym (that is not a given in Turkey) and the truly exceptional and considerate customer service, and I would gladly stay here again. They stored our bags while we had a free day before our flight and took many other such steps to go above and beyond in their service of us.
