What Jazz Fest ticket does my Package come with? 

Your Package will come with a 4-Day General Admission ticket for either Weekend 1 or Weekend 2. This will grant you access to all days of either Weekend 1 or Weekend 2 of the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival taking place April 24 – 27 (Weekend 1) and May 1 – 4 (Weekend 2).

What is the ticket fulfilment process? 

You will receive your Ticket no earlier than 7 days before the Festival. Tickets will be fulfilled with AXS Mobile ID which requires download of the AXS Tickets app. You will receive a barcode that will be presented at the Festival gates which will be good for one admission per day of the weekend purchased.
