Everything about the hotel felt well-maintained and professional. It was a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. It’s mediocre luxury at best. The rooms are the smallest cubicles I’ve seen in my life and facing a wall of a nearby building. I paid over 1100 CHF for a night for what felt at best a prison cell. There was no walking space between wall and bed that I bumped into the TV!
When I even asked the receptionist about the rooms and all they were unapologetic. The breakfast was lovely and facing nice views. The only thing redeeming the place is that it’s facing the lake and is greatly located in the walkable part of Zurich.

Beautiful property, great service. Perfect location walk to everything including all of Old Town. It is located on a pedestrian mall with difficult, so an out of town taxi had trouble finding the location
