Stayed here because we were attending a concert across the street at the Rave. First time staying there and it was definitely worth the price. Feels like you are walking into Old Hollywood. Everything feel so classy 1950’s. Would definitely stay here again.

Kimptons are one of our favorite hotel brands to stay at. We’ve stayed at several throughout the U.S. The Journeyman was perfect! The customer service was top notch. The room was lovely and the location cannot be beat. We will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful hotel and room! Only thing that made our stay tough was that we didn’t get any hot water to our shower.

I think this location is doing a great job within the limitations they’re working with. The room was clean upon arrival, and we appreciated having a decent breakfast available each morning. It was a very reasonable price for what we received. There were a few challenges during our stay. While the absence of daily room service is understandable—possibly a continued policy from COVID precautions—it did mean we had to go to the front desk for basic items like toilet paper. One thing that seemed outside the staff’s control was the noise level late at night and into the early morning coming from above us and outside in the hallway. There was frequent running and loud activity in the hallways, and unfortunately, our neighbors mistakenly believed we were the source of the noise and knocked on the shared wall throughout the night. It made restful sleep a bit difficult, and we weren’t quite sure how to handle the situation.

Was in a convenient location. Front desk staff was helpful. Condition of hotel is poor! First room was on 2nd floor. Overwhelming smell of chlorine. Moved to 3rd floor. Was better. 2 tv’s in room and remote would turn one tv off and the second tv would turn on. Also, shower floor was pretty dirty. This hotel could be so much better with a few fixes like paint, ceiling tiles replaced, edges of walls and wallpaper repaired.
