compared to other 5 star hotels, i can only say this one is so far so good
Staff is not very helpful, no matter the bellboy in the front door , or the house keeping
It took a hour to wait for the house-keeper to get my box tissues and slippers. i think the hotel can improve more about their staff training.
i think the most impressed thing in the hotel is their classic decoration, it's really nice and beautiful.

"Lovely hotel in good location. Nice pool area stuff super friendly. Kitchen hob needs replacing IT IS VERY OLD. Beds very comfortable, rooms big. Shame you need to pay for your washing up liquid free in all the other hotels, first water of water should be free. Lovely to have new coffee mashine in ..."
