When you receive a change notification via email, SMS or app notification
- Review the schedule change details and follow the directions in the email.
- Depending on the type of schedule change, you may or may not need to contact us to confirm the changes.
- Once the schedule change is complete, we will send you an email confirmation with the revised itinerary.
When you receive a change notification via phone
- Sometimes, we will attempt to reach you by phone in addition to emailing you about the change.
- Once we confirm the flight changes with you and the airline approves them, we will email you the revised itinerary confirmation.
