An amazing hotel with classic elegance

The staff is exceptionally attentions and kind, the hotel has that old school elegance, for me it was a pleasant surprise they are one of the few hotels now a days that still offers smoker rooms. Breakfast is delicious and the pool is an excellent spot to chill.

For the price you paid is an excellent hotel and location is great. Several restaurants and places to shop. The hotel is great. The pictures you see is what you get and more. I will stay at this hotel again. Staff very helpful and friendly. Awesome experience.

It s very old. i didnt enjoy it at all, looks different than images no idea how this is 5 stars hotel The only good thing was the one who helped us check in, he gave us an upgrade but the room is not nice at all

Excellent 'Club' room on 17th floor. Effective AC that did not require adjustment. Very helpful staff. Heroes sports bar downstairs' in basement did reasonably priced food. Spaccanapoli Italian restaurant was really good food. but no alcohol. Rooftop pool but no real views from here. The best thing was the very helpful staff. Top marks!
