The MGM property was very cleaned and maintained. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and nice. The self check in and check out made everything smooth and fast. Highly recommend to use this instead waiting in long lines. If youre active military, it is free parking; you will need to go to MGM reward office to get a military parking pass which allow you to park in all the MGM properties. The room was very nice, spacious, and clean. Recommend a place to stay

The hotel is massive and there’s a lot going on. The room was recently renovated and the beds were comfortable. One thing I would suggest is they vacuum the rooms each time the room gets cleaned. We got there and there were long hairs (from a head) on the bathroom floor. Other than that it was good.

The property itself is OK. The hallways and the initial entrance of the room was really nice and clean. There were two separate days where I was without water for hours. No one notified us that there was a pipe broken. If you try to call any of the numbers on the in-house phone, such as guest services or housekeeping, no one will ever answer. I waited on hold because we had no water for a hour. It seemed like a better option than standing in the line downstairs at the front desk that was 200 people long The room was never cleaned the whole time we were there. I had to take my garbage and my dirty towels to the person in the hallway and exchange it for clean towels.

We always love the property and we come here for the lazy river pool. If you want save a bit of money, purchase your regular drinks and snacks beforehand. It can be very pricey for those within the hotel property. We wish the shower pressure was a bit better. Although the bathrooms are clean and prepared nicely, get ready for the slippery and always freezing bathroom floor. It’s a shock when you use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Room was clean and I was able to check in early. However there isn’t a lock on the door on the inside or anything to lock to make you feel safe. It just closes. This was in the studio section.

Typical casino hotel in Vegas. Room were nice and spacious and clean (no cigarette smell). The resort is huge with lots of things to do but you really don’t get any benefits on anything (e.g., reduced rates for hotel guest).
