Second time ive stayed at this hotel. A very nice complex. Good restaurants and shopping facilities. Really good pool area. Rooms cleaned and changed every day. Will stay again.

A nice retreat in Abu Dhabi

Overall, pleased with our stay. The connected shopping space nearby was convenient to buy some beverages and picnic food. The gym was much better equipped than many similar level hotels and the Lebanese/ Iranian restaurant had both great food and service with pleasant outdoor seating available.

This room shows many signs of wear after the years; the cushions have stains, the bathroom tyles have dark stained corners, wooden parts of the bath room furnitures are damaged and are swollen up by humidity, sink is making bad odor not only in the bath room but in all the room.

Surprised from quality of the hotel and room for the cheap price we paid! Located 20min drive from the airport, the resort is embedded in an outdoor mall that highly resembles a south European city (France/Italy). We received a free room upgrade that granted us a VERY huge apartment, better than a real house! We stayed only one night, so we cannot comment much, but the mall seemed vibrant and the pool very nice.

Massive room

Amazing place and the rooms were huge! We had a 3 bed room and it had a lounge, kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Lovely location and the heated pool is amazing.

We had a very spacious room with balcony. Pool area was very clean and quiet. Taxis were easy to order. All of the staff were very friendly. There are good restaurants on site but there is no alcohol available if you want a drink.

Terrible Spa Experience and Huge Vape Problem

I wanted to have a nice getaway at a resort for a couple days with a spa treatment or two, but it was a nightmare. I made sure to let them know ahead of time to keep me away from any smoking/vaping rooms, and they assured me that all rooms were non smoking. It's quite the opposite. There is vaping going on everywhere, and it was coming into the bathroom, through the air conditioner and through the kitchen area. The air was stale and unbreathable. I have a serious allergy to vape, and I have asthma, so saying a place is smoke free when it isn't is dangerous for some people. I don't need anything fancy in a room. I just require oxygen, which this places was lacking in abundance. I also encountered it at the spa when I went for a treatment. I had to change tables because the first one I laid in smelled like someone had been vaping into the head hole during a previous massage. The massage therapist also didn't seem to be well trained. This is the first time I've complained about a massage ever. She put all her weight on my back by crawling on me painfully. I asked her to stop, but she continued. Later on, she was bending my leg in such a way that it was causing me pain, so I asked her to just massage the muscles, and she tried to insist on doing the other side first. I had to snap at her to get her to stop. I have had sciatic and back pain for a week because of it. Also, most shops are vacant. There is not much resort at the resort. Terrible experience.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer, bzw. Appartement ist jedoch in die Jahre gekommen. Die Klimaanlage war recht laut. Wir hatten eine sehr große Terrasse. Welche aber insgesamt recht lieblos eingerichtet ist. Für den Preis aber insgesamt in Ordnung. Wir können das Restaurant Andreas Di Venezia sehr empfehlen. Das Essen ist lecker und das Personal ist extrem freundlich. Dementsprechend möchte ich den Service besonders hervorheben.
