“Excellent location, can’t beat this view! Just a short elevator ride to the beach. Resort is very nice and well maintained. Only issue we had was cleaning people weren’t done on time and had to hurry them along. Excellent communication!”

“The one thing that we were a little surprised with. In our bedroom was 2 upside down pineapples. That usually is a sign of people being swingers. I just felt uncomfortable with this symbolism, as I brought my kids for a family vacation and this is what was being portrayed when we walked in to view room.”

“Really nice carriage house (apartment above garage) in an amazing location in Rosemary Beach. Very clean and modern unit. Things to be aware of - the master bedroom is a loft above the main floor. There is no bathroom on the bedroom level - just the one on the main floor - which was fine for us, but isn't ideal. The kids bunk room off the main living room does not have a door, so plan accordingly. Nice wrap around porch. The host was very nice and helpful. Perfect stay for our family of four...

“The views from this room are fantastic! We had a sink that was stopped up and leaking in the floor and a fridge that was leaking in the floor but a repairman came by and fixed both of them. From what I could tell the auger for the ice maker is broken. The ice maker does produce ice but the ice box auger does not really push ice out of the box. Neither of those two items were major issues for us. We did however enjoy the views from this room!”

“We had to make last minute changes to our travel plans due to a hurricane, and I'm so glad we founds this place! Great location and amenities. We were able to walk to lots of things in & around Rosemary Beach. The shopping center across the street had lot of conveniences like coffee, restaurants, ice cream, a market and much more (including live music at night). The unit was well-equipped and couldn't beat the beach access. We also really enjoyed having a restaurant on site - we had several...
