“To explain the ratings: I am a native of Huntingdon and the description of how close the property is to Juniata College, the hospital, and town is really erroneous. The location is beautiful, peaceful and quiet but it is a six mile drive to Huntingdon or a six mile drive to Cornpropst Mills on very windy, but paved, narrow roads. I know the road because I learned to drive on it, but it isn't for the faint of heart, especially at dark. I knew the shortcut roads, but I bet not many other visitors...
