"Everyone from the shuttle driver to the front desk were very friendly. The bed was so comfortable, and my husband loved the hot breakfast. The King bed wasn't available so they upgraded us to a Queen suite for free. The bathroom and adjoing room off of the bedroom were very nice. The shuttle driver was amazing, he dropped people off near the best elevator, told the which color elevator to use and exactly how to get to their cruise pickup or ticketing etc."
