Horseneck Cottage is a perfect spot, both within Stinson Beach and to explore around Marin County and SF. We took lots of day trips and it was always great to come back to the cozy cottage. Linda is an engaged host and offered great suggestions for activities in all types of weather. We will definitely be coming back!”

“The listing claims 5 bedrooms and 7 beds. THIS IS A LIE! The house has 4 bedrooms and 5 beds. Host was argumentative and unwilling to make things right by me and my team some of which had to sleep on couches. Host texted morning of check out and told us to leave by 10am when the listing says 11am. The house is old and outdated. Worst experience EVER!!!Do not rent from this liar. ”
