“Lovely spot to relax in right on the beach, views of varied beach acivies: walking, surfing, kites, jogging — and for surfers, you are right there! Park Side Cafe has really upgraded, superb bakery, excellent chef. Breakers Cafe also very good. Bookstore and library close at hand, and Mt. Tam is just across thge street with world class coastal view trails and redwoods. Stinson Beacch Market is well-stocked — including fresh vegetables — and has friendly staff members. ”

“Great property and wonderful guest! We were in Round House three days and we regret not to spend a week, at least...It's a wonderful place to relax, we enjoy the jacuzzi thanks to Joe, who is a excellent guest. He gave us useful information about how to get giant stadium, what to do in Sausalito, and plans to make with children. My family and me, finished our stay but we would like come back in the future. “This is a small cottage behind the main house in my favorite Berkeley neighborhood (walk to the movie theater, bakeries, coffee shops, grocery store). I liked the radiant heating and warm floor in the winter, comfortable bed with great linens, and lots of light yet private. It's no longer new, and some of the furnishing is showing its age, but I found the place very comfortable. Parking in the driveway was great, as parking can be tight in this area. Patty was an excellent host.”

Communication with the owner was great, and checkin was effortless! There is also It's also in a fantastic location (minutes from the beach and and an easy walk to shopping and places to eat). My friend and I really enjoyed ourselves over the MLK weekend!”

“Overall I would recommend this place.Highlights included the location and hot tub, while the proximity to the owner was unexpected.The place is very close to several hiking areas, parks etc so for a little vacation with my dog it was perfect. It was also a quick drive to some restaurants and coffee shops so overall, prime location for what I was looking for. I thought the hot tub and massage chair were great as well.The apartment was fairly clean except the bathroom sink and some of the dishes...
