"Big room with a nice view (Navajo) but there a no facilities whatsoever at this place—essentially just a room although you can get breakfast in the tasting room. The staff (particularly Stephani) was really great. The room included a free tasting. The reds were pretty good!"

"Our stay was as it always is...Wonderful! L.K. greeted us like we were old friends she was happy to see returning. Which started us off the right way. Then, once we were escorted to our room, we were very pleased with our choice. The decor was elegant, warm and inviting. We were impressed as usual with the views from of the vineyard from our balcony. The evening was exceptional as we were able to enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony and some time together sitting and spending time relaxing by...

"LOVED our time here! It felt like the secret garden. So quaint and you could really feel the history. The grounds were beautiful and we loved all the sitting areas outside to hang out and relax. Really loved the fire pit! Only complaint is I am very sensitive to mold and there were some signs of water damage in the bathroom- staining on the floors and rippling on the walls. That concerned me. Other than that- we loved every second!!"

"Eagles Landing is so beautiful and serene, with magnificent views of green rolling hills and Morro Bay, making you feel like you've stumbled upon a slice of paradise. The hosts were gracious, making sure we had everything we needed for our wonderful stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything imaginable for all your cooking needs. It was fantastic to sit outside, enjoy the sunrise and have a quiet breakfast as well as enjoying dinners with breathtaking sunsets. Our fur babies had the time...

"We had a great time staying at the property. The place is perfect for large families with kids. The number of bathrooms is unprecedented and is a big plus. There is plenty of space in the house and a beautiful spacious garden for kids to roam around. The B&B is very clean and well kept, the owner is wonderful and very helpful. The only caution is that the house is not new and people with allergies might have a reaction."

"Can't beat the view! Watching the sunset from the deck was as good as it gets. Ryan is a great host and made us feel right at home. Bourbon and Cider are such good boys and made us feel like family!"

"Ryan Cider and Bourbon met us as we parked. My dog Arthur quickly befriended the other 2 dogs. Ryan greeted us and showed us around the grounds and house. The views are spectacular. The house itself is tastefully furnished and items are clearly labeled. Amenities are top-notch and well thought out. There are multiple spices, coffee and cooking oil. The beds are extremely comfortable and we sleep soundly. We did not want to leave the house!! I enjoyed meeting the tortoise and viewing the koi pot....
