The cabin is cute but the photos don’t show the parking area and additional units around it, or the waste area behind it. To get to the creek is a bit of a walk along the asphalt drive by the main house and other rentals so it’s not as secluded as we envisioned. After our stay there in early August, we agreed with the other reviews that it got too hot inside during the day without air conditioning. But the evenings did cool off and there was a supply of fans. Our biggest concern was that the cleaning service used perfumed laundry soap and cleaning products that were pretty strong smelling. “5 minutes from the beach, we find ourselves in the forest. The skylights allowed us to look straight up into the trees and catch the Full Moon cross the sky. In the morning we walked down to the creek and spent a couple hours admiring the trees, birds and the feeling of being in the forest. The beach was 5 minutes away, downtown Soquel and Capitola were 5 minutes away. Hiking trails were a short drive away. The cabin is cozy and the host was very nice, we plan on staying here again. ”

“We were in the South Bay for a wedding at Nestledown and didn't want to make the drive back home after festivities. This cabin is indeed cute, definitely tucked into the forest, and couldn't be any more convenient for the wedding venue unless it was literally on site. Host was quick to respond and place was tidy and comfortable.”
