“Easy to get to the beach and pool. The room needs some repairs, toilet in master bathroom lose, tub extremely slick, tv remotes didnt have any batteries, wifi didn't work. Over all tho was nice place.”

“I could not have been happier or more impressed with the "Shining Sea" property at Topsail Dunes and the overall experience of renting from the owners. They were extremely quick at answering questions and communicating all the information I could want or need. The property itself was immaculately clean and had everything to make my stay easy and relaxing. “Decent place but there was very little beach due to the sandbags and crazy high water levels except for 4 hrs a day. But we found a place close by that we drove to and spent a day on the beach. The window AC unit was very loud that often made conversation and watching TV frustrating. The bedroom AC was much quieter. The view was amazing 24hrs/day.”

The only complaints I have is that the floor needed to be mopped better andthe cabinets wiped down better.The master bed is very firm and very noisy until you get settled at least. “The pools and hot tubs were good to have . Beach access from pool deck. Great view from the deck and master. Good restaurant with good service on the property. Walkable Restaurant at the pier for coffee and breakfast. Close to grocery stores and shops. Lovely place.”

“Accurate pictures. Beautiful view. No elevator, but an easy climb. Since there is not really a family table, I wish there were dinner trays to set up. Also, we stayed 4 nights & there were only 2 DW tabs, and no bath soap/body wash. Had to make a few trips back to grocery store. Master shower is so small, we didn’t even use it Overall great place, just minor changes would have made it a better experience. ”

“Arrived and was pleasantly surprised at the size of the condo. The balcony over looking the ocean was awesome. The condo was very clean and well taken care of. The whole facility seemed like it was cleaned everyday, including the elevators. The booking group was easy to deal with and was in constant communication with me. Great place to stay on TI. “This condo was in a perfect location, right on the beach!! The unit was a bit dated but it had everything we needed. The couch was uncomfortable to sit on but that’s not uncommon for sofa beds. I would definitely consider renting again. ”

It didn't bother us anyhow! Everything was great, only two complaints that we have is that when we came back from the beach yesterday there was absolutely no water to the condo.
