“Place was nice and great ocean front location! We have stayed in many beach homes and condos over the past 26 years. Some kitchen items needed are: adequate pots/pans, 9x13 glass baking dish, cookie sheet, large pot for boiling pasta. Condo was clean (white trim was clean!). Sofa and area rug needed cleaned for an August stay. Overall, I would recommend this condo for a beautiful beach front stay!”

“If you are considering this property for an excellent experience 'on the ocean', you can't get any closer! We LOVED our time here. The condo was very clean and the furniture/beds were very comfortable. We will be booking another stay there soon!”

“The views from the communal living areas of the condo are beautiful. You can see the ocean from any part of the living room, dining room, or kitchen. The access to the beach makes it easy to bring toys and chairs, and it’s close enough that it’s easy to pop back up to the condo if you forget something. The screened in porch was so convenient to have a place to leave our beach toys, fishing gear, beach cart, and shoes so it doesn’t clutter up the other living areas. We enjoyed the big dining room...

“We loved the little ground floor condo. Things are a little rusty here & there but that's to be expected being right on the beach. Although, the door does need some work. I could not open it, my husband had to push hard to get it open. The place was clean. Even with the storm making the ocean very angry & not having internet because of the storm, we enjoyed our stay. “It was a wonderful stay. The place was gorgeous. It has the best view ever. And the parking was the best. No need to worry about where you’re gonna park . The beach is in walking distance two minutes away nowhere quick and easy beach access.. Me and my family will stay there again.”

“I stayed for the month of January. Everything that was needed for comfort and home conveniences were available.Getting up daily to see a beautiful sunrise over the Atlantic is something I would get up every morning to witness. It was also entertaining to see dolphins daily, at times more than a dozen together. I didn’t use the pool as it was closed in January. But the condo looks out directly over the pool and then the beach and water. This view daily is very special!”

“My stay at The Pelican Retreat was exactly what I sought. The location was perfect and had beautiful water views from both sides of the condo. The condo was nicely decorated, very clean and had everything that I needed for my stay. Teresa was awesome and really made sure my stay was completely comfortable. 10/10, would recommend! I’d definitely book there again.”
