This fully air conditioned Villa in a lovely subdivision Sleeps six and is situated approximately 10 miles from Walt Disney World.
It offers FREE WiFi
Roku TVs in living room and master bedroom other 2 TVs have free channels.
King size bed in Master, Queen in second bedroom and 2 twins in the third bedroom, each bedroom has ceiling fans along with living areas.
Two spacious separate living areas, large double covered Lanai by the salt water pool(sun the whole day) for outside entertaining or relaxing.
BBQ and loungers are also provided.
This home is monitored for supplies so it is stocked for your needs. Plush towels for your use.
NO need to bring your clubs for the 18 Hole Mike Dasher designed golf course as the home supplies one set of men and ladies clubs you also avoid the rental for each set of clubs.. Two bicycles are also included for your use. For those days you just want to stay home with the kids there is an XBOX for your entertainment along with movies and games.
Just a short walk away is the community playground, pool and tennis court(complimentary tennis rackets and balls for your use can be found in the garage).
Also high chair , collapsible stroller, and play pen included so no need to rent when you arrive.
Our private villa in Orlando is fully managed by a local management company(manager lives in the subdivision) helping to ensure that your stay is not only truly memorable but also problem free.
Update new bamboo laminate flooring installed Sept 2019 in all rooms. September 2022 new leather reclining furniture in the tv area.
March 2023 new pool lounge cushions plus all pictures updated.

Great owner and home!
Very nice and comfortable home to stay in on our daughter’s senior spring break! One of the most spacious pool/patio areas we have had at a vacation rental house and very private too. Owner was great from the start and through the entire process to communicate with, everything was straight forward, simple, and as shown. Very reasonable price as well, one of the draws for us. Great neighborhood and location to anything in Orlando. Would definitely consider staying here again! Thank you :)

We enjoyed our stay last year so much that we came back again this year! Very, very clean home, and the owner Anne is a pleasure to deal with. Quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants, shopping, and Disney. I hope to return for a third stay sometime in the future.

Golf week At Highlands Reserve
It's only a 3-bedroom home, but very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to cook our meals. Having a few seasonings in the pantry meant we didn't have to buy salt and pepper for a few days of cooking. There was a BBQ but we did not use it because of the weather. The outdoor covered area was nice to have.

Great Home!
Very nice home; very clean! Convenient location; close to shopping, restaurants, and Disney. Quiet neighborhood. Available grill for use was a plus. No problems at all while we were there! We would love to stay there again when we come back.

Liked the overall layout of the property and location. Pool was nice. Deck chair cushions showed wear. Bed was comfortable. Overall cleanliness was good, with a couple of exceptions. Some utensils and dishes had dried on food. Bathroom tub jets were filthy and shot out black junk when activated. Kitchen was well equipped, except no pizza pan. One kitchen chair had a broken rung, not caused by us. Overall experience was pleasant and would consider staying here again, if cleanliness issues were addressed first.

Perfect location and features for our two couples
Anne has created a very welcoming and comfortable home-away-from-home. The house is set up well for two couples or two couples and two kids; with two well separated sleeping areas and plenty of communal space. The location was great for shopping, dining and access to activities. We loved the comfortable reclining seats on the sofa and love-seat for movie viewing and reading; and enjoyed the large lanai for morning coffee and relaxation. We appreciated the privacy and quiet of the pool area; and the odd visits of bunnies, birds and other wildlife. The kitchen had pretty much everything we could hope for and plenty of dish-ware. We paid for the pool heat; were pleased by the warm temperature and lack of problems getting the heat turned on. This often been a frustration with other homes we had rented. Anne was always responsive to questions and concerns, and responded very quickly. We would definitely hope to return on our next stay. Thank-you, Anne.

Great holiday
Firstly, communication with Anne the property owner was second to none. She kept us up to date with what was happening with Hurricane Ian before we arrived and helped with the minor issues we had as soon as she was contacted. The pool area is great and given the time of year we went having it heated made all the difference, and we had the sun all day. Beds were really comfy, and the villa well equipped and had a homely feel about it. The property is only a fifteen minute walk/two minute drive from the local Publix supermarket. With Twistee Treat, Wendy’s and Dollar tree the same distance. Can’t fault it, thanks again Anne!!

Great base for our trip
The home was clean and well-furnished for our needs. We didn’t cook and eat any dinners there but we had breakfast and packed lunches every day for our days at the parks. The pool was clean and warm (we did not have it heated) but not surprising given the temps during our stay. We did have a few suggestions/minor issues, this is more just info for if you’re staying there to be prepared for. We stayed 8 nights and had one trash bag in the kitchen. I was not willing to buy a whole package of trash bags that I’d then have to leave at the property and it’s not like you can buy one or two trash bags at the store. This seems like a simple thing to provide, especially for stays that are more than a few days. We ended up using the grocery store bags after the provided bag was full but of course those don’t go in the trash can. Same with toilet paper, we bought some but ended up leaving the extra because you can’t buy less than a 4 pack at the grocery store. We also bought (and left behind most of) sugar packets. Sugar would be a nice thing to have available. The remote for the tv in the room with two beds didn’t work. The kids ended up watching a few of the dvds that were there at the home to fall asleep to at night but had no way to adjust the volume on the tv. The tv in the other small bedroom just has an antenna on it and all we could get were Spanish channels. We had a nice stay, the drive to the parks definitely took longer than we were expecting, it’s kind of at a weird location where you have to either go way out of the way to get where you’re going or take a bunch of smaller side roads but that’s kind of a Florida thing. Leave at least 40 minutes to get to and from Disney and close to an hour for Universal and the airport. Traffic was bad no matter what time of day it seemed. We really had a great stay, the things I mentioned were not huge issues, just some things that could make it better or to be aware of.

Perfect stay. Would happily return.
Great property, clean, spacious and well finished. Great location to visit Walt Disney World which we did most days. Our kids (5 and 8) loved the pool. Communication with Anne was friendly and clear and "checking in" was exactly as described in email. It was perfect for our family vacation and would be more than happy to return in the future.

Beautiful home
The home was clean and beautiful, as well as the neighborhood. Super easy commute to Disney. The only downside for us was no overhead lighting in the bedrooms; made packing a challenge. And the shower faucet broke during our stay, which was inconvenient, but just happenstance. We loved the pool and would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Vacation
We had a wonderful time at Anne’s property and plan to move to Florida in the future, this only enticed our desire. This home is self catering so we did an Instacart order for trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, shower toiletries and a spray cleaner to wipe the kitchen counters and surfaces. Publix is a stop light away from the neighborhood but by the time we arrived we were too tired to hop back in the in the car to go shopping. The neighborhood is very nice and you feel secure and nice to take a walk, it is also quiet. The pool was amazing, we chose to have it heated and I missed it so much when we left. I did my fair share of cooking and baking in the kitchen, it felt like home. My son especially appreciated the video gaming system and pretty much spent most his time between that and the pool. Bathrooms are important to me in a rental and this was large enough to comfortably share. Can we talk about the soft bamboo floors!? They were awesome! The washer and dryer were a bonus. Would definitely return!

One week stay in February
Spent the third week of February at this house. House very clean and well equipped. More items in kitchen than you will need. Fridge has ice maker. What I wanted was a pool with sun. Back yard faces north so I was concerned. On sunny days, you can be in the sun all day on different parts of the deck. Lots of eats and shopping near. Disney around 35 minutes, depending on traffic. US 27 has lots of traffic. Gas grill, playground within walking distance. Week went by without any issues. If I were to stay in area again, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here.
