Itā€™s a hotel with sliding glass doors on the 10th floor with no balcony. Absolutely useless and dangerous with small kids . Only one elevator worked. The soundproof is horrible. Everyone kept shutting the door at night and I couldnā€™t sleep at all. I must have woke up at least 10 times through out the night

It was a nice resort. Even still under construction in certain parts of the property. Very nice staff. Once this place has everything finished from construction itā€™ll be very pleasant. Iā€™d stay here again.

If you are looking for a place to stay close to Disney for a great price this is your place. It took less than 10 minutes to walk to the main entrance of Disney. Property is very safe with a lot of staff monitoring the property. Basic hotel room, but it was nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay. Complimentary round trip Disney World shuttle bus to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studio, except Typhoon Lagoon, is provided. Need to get the other elevator fixed so that the wait time for elevator can be significantly reduced especially during rush hours. Other than that, itā€™s a great hotel.

Staff is very helpful. One lift is under maintenance, causing some inconvenience. Walking distance to Disney Springs. On site restaurant is good place to dine. Love the swimming pool.

We transferred here due to an unforeseen issue at our last hotel and the B resort made a huge difference! We will continue to book with them from now on! The fruit infused water was my favorite thing! The shower was amazing! The staff was absolutely the best!!

2 broken elevators and housekeeping was cleaning a room right next to mine and kept banging the door at 11 pm. Very limited available food unless you wanted to fine dine at the on site restaurant. Only one elevator for entire hotel. When things are ā€œ brokenā€ especially elevators this should be stated when checking in. I have a handicapped mother and an elevator is necessary to get her out in the event of a fire.
