“The apartment appeared as pictured. The location was central to everywhere we wanted to go. The mattress was a bit soft for my taste. When that's the biggest complaint you know it's a good room ”

The directions were clear, and while the property can be a bit of a maze to find, the journey was well worth it. “The condo was nice, but no one cleaned the hall when something was dropped. You never knew when a dog would get on the elevator with you and there was a party on the 1st floor across from us (so much for the noise restriction after 9) that didn't happen. Elevator key card did not work and was not replaced until the night before we left. But we were compansated”

It didn't affect our group, but the apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator, which we did not know until the check-in process was communicated. The steps are short & wide, so that was nice”

“Property manager provided concise info and it was so easy to get in property, he provided lots of useful details and instructions. Apartment was decorated beautifully and bed was so comfy and neighborhood was quiet! We slept great! I give it 10 stars! Would definitely stay again!”
