These people threw a fit when I accidentally broke a wine glass and didn’t do the dishes; a coffee cup and a few spoons. Then sent me a msg taunting me, asking for an explanation why I trashed the place. Awful hosts with an attitude! You’re running my card $350, I reported fraud to my bank, you can’t run unauthorized transactions!

Place was convenient, but needs some items. I good toaster oven woud be nice. A printer and Smart TV's that you can cast your apps on would also a plus.

Unit was nicely appointed, clean and comfortable
We stayed in Silverado for a week with 3 other couples, each in their own unit. Our friends were staying in ground floor units and complained about the noise coming from the units above them. But we were very comfortable and didn’t have to deal with neighbor sounds since this unit is upstairs. We had everything including a small cooler which came in very handy. Laundry, parking and trash were all very close as well. Thanks for a great stay!

We very much enjoyed the location and the resort. Did not like that i couldn’t use the fitness center(which was largely why I picked this over a hotel) for anything other than$75 a day because I was vrbo. The PGA golf event coming up severely limited parking, which I don’t mind walking, not an issue, but with 3 suitcases and other bags was way further than we wanted to lug them. However, we get it and understand things have events. The Latin wine, food and music festival was a bit of a nightmare. We probably sat in traffic trying to get back and find parking as they unloaded bus load after bus load of people there for 1/2 hour! Not fun. Heard many people staying there complaining. All in all I understand things happen and we enjoyed the stay! Thank you!

Great Getaway!
This rental at Silverado Resort was wonderful. Communication with the owners was timely, complete and accurate. They seem like nice folks. The condo is conveniently located in a quiet spot. Laundry facilities were nearby. The swimming pool was well maintained. We would definitely return.

Anniversary trip
My husband and I took our anniversary trip in Napa and stayed here. Perfect location! Loved having the market cafe to walk to for quick bites and breakfast. The grill restaurant helped in a pinch for dinner. Great location although everything is a drive in Napa. Would stay again!

Overpriced Unit
Considering what we paid for for our 2 night stay, we expected a much nicer, updated unit. Very disappointing!The carpet is worn esp at entrance. Old refrigerator. Uncomfortable and very dated sofa with an ottoman with obvious damage to the vinyl surface (owner claimed it was recent...don't think so). The patio rug had large brown stains and the patio railing was very dirty. (He says he was going to replace it).VRBO advertised a fireplace, but according to owner it cannot be used. Bathroom commode was loose at the base and shower plastic door "sweep" was damaged and loose. The king bed very comfortable but there was an old dried blood stain on the fitted sheet. Very good quality towels. We recommended to the owner that considering what we paid, we expected a more updated condo. He said it was the going price for this size unit at Silverado. Our group of friends who were also staying at Silverado found same units costing much less. We probably will not rent from VRBO again as this is not the first disappointing experience. Book direct is best option.

Business and Pleasure in Napa
The condo at the Silverado Resort was close to my business conference. The condo was nice but no attempts were made to make is special. The furniture is old and not well maintained, a ceiling light was out, the carpet is old and worn. The unit was warm, the bed comfortable and the rainshower was the best feature. My husband was looking forward to the gym but it costed $75/day just to work out so that quickly evaporated. The restaurant was great and the grounds were beautiful. I think a hotel room would have worked better for us given our circumstances.

Perfect place for Napa visit
This property is perfectly situated for a nice, quiet, convenient wine tour trip. You are within 20 minutes from everything and conveniently located right on the Silverado trail. If you enjoy golf, it’s a double bonus. The restaurant on property is nice.

Great suite overlooking the condo pool and near washer and dryer. Parking is not far. Close to Napa downtown with easy access to all that awaits you in the valley. Wonderful owners whom are great at communicating.

Accommodations were nice with the bathroom and kitchen updated compared to other units on the property that we had considered. Rooms were spacious. Balcony was a nice peaceful place to hang out in the morning and breathe some fresh air before getting out to explore Napa. We enjoyed our stay very much.

What a great property
Beautiful property just minutes from downtown Napa and other wineries. We cannot wait to come back and stay here again. The bed was perfect. Its great to have the coffee shop just a short walk to get your morning Starbucks.

Perfect home base for Napa trip
This was the perfect condo for a home base during an extended stay in the Napa valley. The layout is comfortable and the property is impeccably maintained and quiet. The pool is a bonus and the condo is centrally located to all you would want to do in the Napa valley

We loved our stay here! The Silverado is a beautiful property, and it was nice having the market and a restaurant within walking distance. We could easily go get a drink and walk back to our room! Communication was easy, we received instructions on how to get in the room and they were easy to follow. Would definitely recommend!

Yearly anniversary getaway
Comfortable, clean, quiet upstairs unit. Well kept property. Very easy check in and out process. Only thing would recommend a pan or glass dish for oven cooking. There was no cookware to cook dinner in the oven. We enjoy cooking on our stays.
