“If you're with a smaller group (4-6) and involved with anything Mulberry River, this is a wonderful location. In addition to being about three minutes from Turner Bend (and about one minute from Highway 23, the property has its own river access if you're canoeing or kayaking.The property was squeaky-clean and had plenty of space. It also has three decks, so any time of day was a great time to hang outside. Well-stocked kitchen with any imaginable implement, along with a washer and drier. ...

“Visited the area with my Mother. Kitchen well equipped to meet our meal needs. This is the middle unit of a Triplex, but didNot hear the neighbor’s TV until the last day. The mini split heater was new to me, but liked the ability to customize the bedroom temperature for my Mom. It is right off the Highway so there is some night traffic noise through the windows but easily reduced by white noise. Felt safe and secure with parking right at the doorsteps. The house was equipped with everything we needed for a long weekend getaway with my two sisters and their families. The spacious and open layout was ideal for us to stay together, and it never felt too crowded. The central location was perfect for our activities. We will definitely rebook in the future. ”

“Everything was fine but for the five German Shepherds at the house to the north. They kept us up at night and went completely ballistic if we tried to let our dog out in the back yard.”

“The house was perfect! It was not far from our friend’s house and we were able to visit. The house had ample kitchen supplies to cook with and amenities that we needed. I would have swept the floor if I could have found a broom. I would recommend this place to any visitors. ”

“Great location for exploring Mt Magazine State Park 😀 VERY well-stocked home making it easy to eat in, nice little patio in the big backyard, fun tree swing, comfy beds and quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to Main Square, groceries, post office, shopping and restaurants. Quiet, small town with a nice variety of restaurants, and their Eiffel Tower was cute!”
