Nuestra cabaña del lago Becky es amada por su simplicidad, proximidad a todas las cascadas y senderos, y su excelente pesca. Esta es una cabaña en el lago, así que no esperes una casa perfecta. Nuestra cabina es muy limpia, muy cómoda y se suministra con casi todo lo que pueda necesitar. Ya sea que esté buscando una escapada de pesca o para escapar de la vida cotidiana, nuestra cabina simple es cómoda y será memorable. Nice NYE stay!
We are very active and this was close to numerous great trails and waterfalls. Walhalla is also a great town.

Gem of the South
We have visited this vacation home more times than I can remember. The boating amenities are excellent. Who wouldn't love a paddle on a private lake with a spacious dock? While the house is small on space it is adequately placed to meet our needs. The host is very responsive. We were scheduled to visit after a storm and we were communicated with right up to our arrival. We have never had a bad visit to lake becky!

Football Weekend
Overall it was a great weekend! Host was prompt to replace the gas tank for the grill once we discovered it was empty. It was a little tricky to figure out how to lock the electronic door lock.

Restfull Lake Time
We used the location to go on several hikes in the area. Started with quiet time on the dock casting for fish in the morning. Did the hikes, came back to prepare lunch and dinner. Well supplied kitchen, bath, towels, kayaks, life vest, etc . . . just well appointed. What you see is what you get. Remember no dishwasher or laundry . . . but we did not mind as we knew what to expect.

Relaxing and Beautiful
I enjoyed staying at this beautiful, quiet, relaxing home/lake. Everything was as expected. Kayaking this small lake was very calming and much needed. I plan to go back to this property in the future if it is available. Read the rules about the lake on the fridge because some of the neighbors will be ugly to you if you don't abide by them.

We will not return fir the following reasons. 1. Uneven (unsafe) pathway from driveway to the door. 2.stained and torn bath towels. 3.unkempt backyard. 4. Picnic table falling apart. 5 back deck-dirty 6. Screen porch-cluttered 7. Next door property- so messy-disgusting.

Wonderful lake cabin!
Very quite lake cabin. We needed a vacation away from the city rat race and this was it! Cabin had everything we needed and the fishing was fantastic! Hopefully we'll book again next summer.

The cottage and property were exactly as described. We were disappointed that we had no communication from the owner. The air conditioner did not cool the master bedroom. The door lock did not work. However, we would stay here again.

Water front cabin with great views and relaxing sounds of nature.
We loved the house and the lake. Dog friendly. The screened in porch was my favorite place to sit and relax. We enjoyed the dock and the deck. The bed was comfortable. I loved the kitchen. I was able to find anything I needed in it. We were happy to have Wi-Fi inside the house. It helped tremendously. Perfect location. Close to many places. We visited Oconee State Park, Yellow Branch Falls, Stumphouse Mountain Tunnel, Devils Fork State Park, Tallulah Gorge State Park in Georgia, Chattooga River Access. Loved the river and the beach. Beautiful, simple, powerful and relaxing. On our way home we stopped at Cashiers Farmers Market, NC. It was a perfect getaway. I didn’t want to leave. Amazing places! Thank you for letting us stay at your house!

Quiet getaway
Quiet location, rustic cabin perfect for a getaway. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was so comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed visiting Stumphouse Tunnel, Oconee State Park, and Table Rock.

Great cabin
We waited pretty late to book a cabin for spring break, so we were very happy to find one that was available and allowed pets. It wasn't very much trouble to book, but I did end up downloading VRBO tomake it easier. I got an email with check-in and check-out information, which included a door code. The cabin looked well kept and was clean. All of us thought the beds were wonderfully comfortable! There was wi-fi and a tv, although we didn't use them much. The dock was a great size and there were kayaks, a canoe, and a paddleboard for guests to use. My dogs LOVED the dock and I loved the stairs that made it so easy for them to enter and exit the lake! We were very close to a state park and hiked while we were there, too. When we left, I realized we were actually pretty close to town, so going out to eat or shop would have been easy. The cabin did get a little warm, but that could have been that we were unfamiliar with the air conditioning and had it set wrong. Otherwise, our stay was perfect and I definitely would recommend!

Lovely cabin and host-vrbo ripped us off
We loved our time there BUT thanks to Melissa’s investigating, found out we got overcharged by vrbo for “an extra guest”who did not exist!!!Melissa tried to get us the appropriate refund but vrbo said it was too late. Beware of sudden additional charges that are totally out of Melissa’s control!

Cottage at Lake Becky
Loved the house and being on the lake. King bed was great for the person on the outside but since it was against the wall the second person had to get in and out over a wooden foot board. Better to have a queen bed. Otherwise all was great. Very quiet and peaceful.

Lake Becky Cabin
This cabin is great for a couple or small family. It is rustic, so if you are looking for high end finishes this is not for you. The cabin has all the necessities and a very clean bathroom. Our granddaughter visited a few days and loved the lake, dock, screened in porch and binged watched a favorite tv show. Even our non water loving dog put his paws in the lake and sunned on the dock. There is lots to do indoors and out.

Good time
Everthing was great until Thursday night. We had something knocking in the wall in the bedroom every couple of mimutes. We ended up having to sleep in the spare bedroom. But other than that the stay was excellent

A wonderful weekend at the lake.
My 11-year-old loves to fish and we couldn't have asked for a better place to spend a weekend. With the lake and the dock, we had a blast. The owner was also very helpful and easily reached with questions.

Water’s edge
The cabin was just right sized for my hubby and dog… not as well stocked or as clean as anticipated. There was plenty of t.p. amd soap, would have been nice to have an extra paper towel or napkins available. Would have been nice to also supply a bit of Saran Wrap or foil for leftovers. I walked into a spider web on my way in and the table and chairs on the screened in porch and deck were thick with pollen. I live in an area heavy with pollen also so am aware of the struggles but we assumed that since there is a cleaning fee we would arrive to a place also clean for us . The pier was nice but in need of repair of a board with a rather large hole, the picnic table was over it so only a problem of making sure our dog didn’t fall in the water. We liked the proximity to hiking and also the remote feel while neighbors were not present…one neighbor seemed a bit intolerant of “renters”. Other positives were the large comfy bed….ample towels and blankets. Overall a decent place to vacation.
