“I wanted to stay close to Bucknell while my son went to camp for a week. This guest suite was everything I needed. It looks like it was newly renovated and had a good size bathroom. With WiFi I was able to work, and I took time to walk around the charming neighborhood and on the Buffalo Valley Rail Trail. The small refrigerator and microwave were both helpful for easy meals while I was there. It’s a great spot.”

“The location was in Market street in the middle of everything and a short walk to Bucknells campus. The place was comfortable and very nice. The inn owner was very nice and incredibly attentive. Everything was really great. ”

We happened to do both and the fishing was very good, especially when we canoe floated from the end of the Lewistown Narrows to Mifflintown (approx. 4 miles). The property is located at about the 3 mile mark of that float. The other thing we loved about the property was that it was a great place for sitting around a fire at night and having a few beers.
