“We had a lovely weekend snowed in at this beautiful mountain home. With help from the hosts and kind neighbors, we were able to get home safely after a big snow storm, and def recommend 4 wheel drive for those going in winter! Will definitely return!”

“I gave 4 stars on cleanliness due to hallway floors being very dirty. No white socks remained. Communications were horrible due to phone being very static filled. Master bedroom lamp was broken. Exchanged it with one from another bedroom. TV remote controls need new batteries. Otherwise, very nice place.”

“We made a great choice in choosing the Riverfront Retreat for our Thanksgiving celebration. The large dining table fit our group and its close proximity to the kitchen made serving and cleanup a breeze. One bedroom is set apart from the others which worked perfectly for one couple who ducked out at 5am to catch a flight out of Dulles (about an hours drive) without disturbing others in the group. We enjoyed hiking in Seven Bends State Park and even toured the Shenandoah Caverns (a short drive)....

“The owner communicated well and was very responsive. The fireplace stove was great and we used the hot tub every day. Kitchen was well stocked. We cooked almost every meal and had everything we needed. The office space is a nice, private, comfortable space, as well. ”

“With grandparents and 2 families with children, not only was the house perfect but the fenced yard was huge and spectacular. We didn’t use the hot tub, but there was plenty of good space for adults, too. We gathered for a family wedding, but the space enabled us to spend a few wonderful relaxing days with family we rarely see. Communication with Leora was prompt and accommodating. 5 stars all around!
