“Our first stay here. All staff who we had contact with were excellent. Things we would have liked to know-we booked two rooms. When we checked in hotel was fully booked and our two rooms were in separate buildings...so our children (young) were not in same building as us. Restaurant on site was fully booked so we had to drive to another food place for dinner after a very long day of driving (make a reservation for dinner at on site restaurant if you plan to eat on site). “My husband and son enjoyed the location and found the room very comfortable. There was a variety of food choices within walking distance. The ski experience was great b/c there were lockers on site and the lift really was close by. The only issue they experienced was with Streaming TV. It would not stay on (it kept turning off) and it would not enable streaming. They researched ways to fix the issues but were unsuccessful. They shared this experience with the property manager. ”
