“ロケーションもよく快適に滞在できた。部屋のドアの解錠(開け方)方法にコツがいるので、到着して最初に部屋に案内された時にスタッフの前で何回か解錠方法を練習した方がいい。シャワーブースのステンレス製石鹸トレーに鋭い部分があり肘に怪我をした。腕を上げるとちょうど肘が当たる部分なので気をつけて。”

“It's a perfect boutique hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. The owners, husband and wife, are very adorable people. If you have time to chat with them, please do. The hotel is completely new with comfortable rooms. The breakfast is delicious and different everyday with a choice of continental and Sri Lankan food. No insects or mosquitoes as you are on the 15th or 16th floor. We really enjoyed our stay here.”

“AVOID at all costs! Hotel offers airport transfer - I messaged 3 times, not only did no one come to the airport they had no booking (despite pre paymen) 3 am, not expected, boy that didn’t speak English, more than terrible! Eventually given a filthy room, you wouldn’t put a dog in it! The door didn’t shut let alone lock! Couldn’t even buy a bottle of water, no restaurant as advertised, no breakfast. Absolutely the worst. NOT FIT FOR HUMANS ”

“This hotel has spacious rooms and lovely windows to look over the city. What was absolutely outstanding was the customer service and genuine care from staff. We needed to extend our stay on our day of check out after being hospitalised in kandy. The staff organised everything and even waited until we were discharged from hospital at 1230AM to hand deliver us our room key and make sure we got in safe. ”
