“It’s a cute, clean, little 2 bedroom bungalow with a vintage, fully functional bathroom and a small, yet stocked and organized kitchen. The absolute best part of this rental is the porch with a locking gate and lots of seating. There’s also a shared courtyard, with lots of seating and a fenced in yard for the dogs to use. The owner of the property is willing to do whatever she needs to do to make your stay enjoyable and offers beach supplies to use during your visit.”

“Never received a Welcome note or check in to the rental. Had to reach out to the property owner to gain access. No instructions on the stay or expectations. Arrived to a dirty house, left as it was from the previous renter. Cleaners didn't come until 10am the next day and spent over 3 hours cleaning. We didn't have access until after 1pm. “The house was cute but disappointing. The bathroom especially needs to be cleaned, as well as updated. The shower has a window with a moldy, broken blind that gets soaked every time you take a shower. The vacuum/electric broom is not sufficient to use in pet friendly rental. There were tumble weeds of other pet hair rolling out from under the living room furniture. We bought ant traps to try to control the ant population. The laundry area needs cleaning.
