I booked 2 harbor view rooms. My parents stayed at 2603. I stayed at 2803. The hotel photos online are a bit deceiving as the photos make the room way bigger than it seems. The website should also be updated to say "partial" harbor view. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The furniture and carpet are a bit dated, otherwise in very clean condition. My parents stayed at 2603 and even though it's a smoke-free hotel (I think), it was clear that someone was smoking on their floor. My dad called to complain, the frontdesk asked if they'd like to change, however, it'd be a huge hassle for my senior parents to have to pack up and move as they only had 1 more night of staying. The plumbing in the 2603 shower needs a bit of work. It didn't drain properly when they showered. The hotel lobby is extremely small that there's no room for even a chair. It was tough for my parents as they had no place to sit while waiting for a taxi. The location is great as it's convenient to restaurants and MTR, however, it's not really suitable for seniors as there's no resting area and being in Sheung Wan, there are a lot of steps and slopes which maybe hard for walking.

Can’t say enough good things about customer service. By the time we were done with breakfast, the room had been cleaned. The free mini bar was a nice touch. Close to Avenue of the Stars. Stunning and modern building. Highly recommended.

Excellent staff and sparkling clean facilities. Very well maintained.
Each staff positions are well trained and well coordinated, efficient and helpful.
Very well run hotel, lots of family friendly amenities like water dispenser in room.

Great location right on top of the Moko mall which is great to shop at. Near MTR station and can get to Central in leas than 10 mins. Hotel is busy but staffs are friendly. Having the pool and gym is an add on! Great experience!

The Cordis in Mong Kok is always my first point of call when going to Hong Kong, its friendly staff, convenience and facilities make this my favourite hotel to stay in. The close proximity to a range of shops for all budget, the famous ladies market and the MTR are all reasons why I just love it here. I would highly recommend.

The hotel is located perfectly, very close to subway and airport bus, and a block away from Victoria Harbour. Hotel has various dining and snack venues. The lobby is decorated tastely.
One morning we experienced lukewarm shower water. Maybe because high usage at that time point, but it should not happen for this higher end hotel.
I don’t find any maps or information for nearby dining , shopping in the lobby or room. This could provide convenience for guests.
