“This property is a perfect vacation spot! We visited in February shortly after a major snowstorm! We enjoyed snowshoeing near the state park and the expansive property. Although it feels very remote, it's actually right in-between Stowe and Waterbury so it's very easy to get to both towns. Our host, Barbara was so kind and helpful. We hope to stay here again.”

“This is a great spot in a great location-- it's a quick walk from the train station, and all the restaurants and shops in Waterbury village are accessible on foot, even in the winter. “Cute spot with a kitchenette, hot tub and grill on site. Hot tub was super easy to use, the water was already on and we just had to replace the top when done. Other people were staying in the neighboring apartments on site but didn’t see or hear anyone. Very clean place! As another reviewer mentioned not much privacy with the sliding door for bathroom however it wasn’t an issue for me but something to keep in mind. Climate control was amazing and loved the fantastic shower and separate……

“My husband and I had the best experience. The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending. It was so peaceful and beautiful up on the mountain. The owners were extremely kind and made sure we felt welcomed. Checkin, directions, and everything was made so simple. We felt so comfortable on our trip! “We stayed for three nights. For two complete days we had no running water. Could not was dishes or FLUSH TOILETS or shower. When we reached out to them received no resolution. Now they will not refund our money. Since they knew there was well issues why would you rent the facility out?? I am sure it is against health codes to not provide proper bathroom facilities. Negligent!”

“TV didnt work the entire duration of our stay, contacted Vacasa several times but nothing was actually done. The walkway to the entrance was just a downhill ice trial. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable, my boyfriend ended up sleeping on the equally uncomfortable futon. Place was clean enough, good location. Quick drive to Mary Jane, about 7-8 mins to main base area. Other than that, not great. Definitely would not stay again or recommend to friends or family. Also will steer clear of Vacasa……
