“Wonderful three nights at this lovely cosy bach which has everything you need. Relaxing and quiet, only sounds were the river, the odd farm animal noise and birds singing! Fabulous for our two dogs, they had great fun playing in the garden, running on the nearby beach and swimming in the river. Bridget was a wonderful host and was very accommodating when we needed to change our dates.”

“Note that the street address is a number AND a letter (we weren't told the letter part). Also note, there is a golf course between the property and the beach so it takes about 25 minutes to walk there - a pretty walk. We found a lake nearby with lovely picnicking spots.”

“We had a one night staycation at this property. It was great to be able to walk to the pub and cafes. The property was nice an clean and the bed was super comfy. I gave it 4 stars rather than 5, only because the couch and chairs appeared to be like reception furniture and wasn't awesome for relaxing in the evening. It would be nice to have a decent couch that two people could relax on comfortably. Otherwise, it was great. Nice selection of teas and thanks for the cookies!”

From noticing the red mailbox upon entering the property, directional signs, a personalized welcome greeting, all made me feel very comfortable and appreciated. Details in the suite itself, such as crown and chair molding, up to date appliances and fixtures, the softest blanket I ever felt, made this special. And clean? My goodness! Clean as a whistle! I was invited to explore the gardens, and enjoyed them immensely. ……

The property is very clean and comfortable, the owners go the extra mile by providing a few drinks and snacks, communication was very clear, and we felt we had privacy even though it's part of their home. It's in lovely location near the port, but still walking distance to town for dinner. Highly recommend and would stay again.”
