“A group of guys on our annual fall hunting/fishing weekend. This was our first time staying at this home but it’s a 10 out of 10. The property is absolutely stunning. With hiking trails joining the Chippewa National Forest, as well as a long walk of endless shoreline, all for your private enjoyment during your stay. “The hotel was an older beautiful remodeled hotel. Very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was fantastic and friendly! The dining area and patio is very unique and quaint. Great food and a lot of locally made drinks. I would recommend checking the Rapids Hotel out if you are in the area! We’ll worth the stop!!”

“It had a nice welcoming area with the fireplace, the pool looks filthy there was dirt on our sheets and on our blanket, the pool so they could only have so many people in and the same people are allowed in all night so no one else was basically allowed to use the pool or hot tub area, I repeatedly asked for an invoice to be emailed to me and I had to call three times to get it.”

“This was resort property of vintage cabins in a fairly remote area, very DIY and not a lot of amenities... which was perfect for us. No restaurants nearby, but the cabins had kitchens, and the lodge had a bar with a small menu of bar food (pizzas, fries, nachos). The couple who staffed the lodge were very friendly and helpful, and the locals we met were very nice! ”
