“Die Unterkunft ist neu, sehr modern eingerichtet und sauber – hier gibt es absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Die Kommunikation mit den Ansprechpartnern war freundlich, allerdings leider häufig langsam und verzögert. Die Lage ist einerseits gut – die Innenstadt und der Riverwalk sind fußläufig erreichbar. Andererseits liegt die Unterkunft an einer sehr lauten Straße, und die Fenster sind kaum schalldicht. “Absolutely loved our stay at La Luz! The location is unbeatable. Literally a couple blocks from the Alamo and the River Walk. Parking next door made everything super easy but honestly, once parked, we never touched our car again. Area is super walkable and had no issues getting to where we wanted. Couldn’t ask for a better spot to explore the city! Would give 10 stars if I could. Can’t wait to come back!”

“The property was overall a great experience. Tha games kept the kids entertained. There was plenty of room for 11 people. The downside was that they advertised a hot tub and there wasnt one. Also it advertised queen beds, but they were full size beds except the king in the master. These are things i would have wanted to know. The location was great and the host was fantastic. They answered very promptly every time i had questions. ”

“We were in SA for golf and were pleased with everything; check-in process, cleanliness of the home, close to golf and great restaurants. Safe neighborhood. Easy to operate the tv and other appliances. This would be perfect for a golf group or a family with kids. We'd stay here again. ”

“We had a nice day, I was fearful of running out of toilet paper. And there were a limited amount of glasses for the three of us. The coffee maker was a small one for the possibility of four adults in the house. It was difficult to talk to the owner when we couldn’t get in at first because he would only answer emails.”

“Had a great time staying at this location. Quick drive to Lackland Air Force Base. The kids loved the pool and spent hours in there. At first I was upset about the one bedroom being in the pool house. But it ended up working out well. Great communication with our host. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in that area!”

“House was very nice and updated. Parking was a bit constricted. Master bedroom bed was uncomfortable for adults. Overall the stay was pleasant. Pricing was a little high for comfortability for adults. Kids had enough room to sleep reasonable in the other 3 bedrooms. ”

“Me and my partner enjoyed the property very much so. It was quiet at night but could hear one of the neighbors close by which was not an issue as you could not visually see them. The layout of the pool and hot tub were nice. We didn't get a chance to swim in the pool as it was freezing but we hope to come back when its more Texas Summer to get the most out of the pool. “We had a lovely time staying at this location for BMT graduation at Lackland for a family member. Close to AFB, close to the airport, close to HEB grocery store and lots of restaurants. There isn't any on street parking at this location, but there was plenty of room in the driveway and garage. We couldn't locate the battery operated garage door opener and the smart functionality of the TVs were unreliable, but these were our only minor complaints. The inside was very clean and spotless. "The breakfast and front desk are good ，but the room cleaning was terrible, on the first day the bed sheets were very wrinkled and didn't seem to have been changed, there were 5 of us but the toilet only had half a roll of toilet paper. The next day when we returned to the room I found that the toilet bowl still had obvious urine in it that had not been cleaned."
